What we put in the contract.
- Residency
- All storage and compute in your country's regions or on your premises. No replication abroad, including for support or backup.
- Model provenance
- Open-weight models with published licences. Weights, fine-tunes and evaluation sets are delivered to you and can be re-run without us.
- No foreign API path
- Inference runs in-country. There is no fallback to an API outside your jurisdiction; if the local model cannot answer, the user is told so.
- Access control
- Row- and column-level policy enforced at the data model, inherited by every app, model and export. Clearance-aware where required.
- Auditability
- Every query, output and write-back is logged with the model version, inputs and the person who signed off. Replayable for a regulator.
- Exit
- Your data, your model weights, your logs, in open formats, on request. Sovereignty that cannot be exercised is not sovereignty.
